In that segment Angel and I discuss mental health issues specific to suicidal tendencies, depression, and how it influenced her poem titled Testimony. At 53:33 the discussion shifts from the previous serious topics to a discussion about men's mental health, self-love, acknowledging an issue, and working towards stability.**
